You have to identify negative keywords for yourself. See which keywords are dragging you down in the SERP's or not getting much CTR in the PPC Campaigns.

Negative Keyword is an important to any Google Adwords Campaign. A negative keyword is a word or phrase that allows you to filter out who your ads will served to in the search result page. Negative keyword is essential for paid search campaign.

You can use your Google AdWords account to find the negative words that come up with your keywords. Here's a guide from Google on how to add negative keywords and find them in your campaign:

1. Search Query Reports
The most obvious way, but also the most important. Look at your search query report and see what terms your ad is actually displaying for.

2) Use Someone Else’s List
Some negatives come up all the time, so it can help to look at something like KoMarketing Associates’s list of negative keywords for inspiration. Don’t add terms to your account without thinking – some might be relevant for you! – but it is a good starting point.

Google Keyword Planner can be used as a negative keyword tool. When you create a list of active keywords, open a different spreadsheet or open notepad and collect negative keyword ideas. Google's tools offer many, many options - many of which do not suit your business.
