Yahoo answers provide no follow backlinks which are helpful to redirect traffic to your website from various Yahoo webpages. This helps to build your website popularity in Yahoo.

Its possible if the post is related to your website but don't consider Yahoo Answers as a source of traffic because they are very strict when it comes to links.
