Yeah, its a good way to represent your content. Even if its not unique but still you get ranked in Google images for it. And it reduces visitor's time to understand the post so people often like it when we do it and increases brand trust.

But often people spam them too. By creating low quality infographs. Well, I personally think to hire a professional for creating them they may take some money but in return I got more than their incentive traffic ;)
